Full Time Maintenance (Brownsburg/Avon in Indianapolis, IN

Legacy Park Apartments has an immediate full-time opening for a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone with knowledge of appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and EPA certified.Qualifications Must have 1- 2 yrs maintenance experience in apartment or building maintenance High-school degree or GED required Knowledge of Fair Housing Have verifiable EPA certification- Type I and II, Universal preferred Current drivers license Reliable transportation with means of phone contact Must have knowledge in the areas of appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locks and general maintenance. Be willing to be on call for evening or after hours maintenance emergencies rotating with other team player. Be flexible- we are a service business. We are open seven days a week. Some weekends will be required. Must be a team player and take direction from Service Manager.
