ResponsibilitiesCheck in and out all staff personnel and assist in the opening, operating and closing of all concession stands.Communicate well with both hourly and management staff. Speak and understand the English language clearly.Follow and enforce high standards of cleanliness, quality, and health and safety practices set by Workers Compensation Board, Health Department, Centerplate, and Lucas Oil StadiumIndiana Convention Center.Team member attitude customer service oriented able to lead employees.Punctuality and attendance are imperative.Work with all staff in a friendly and professional manner, and set a professional example to them.Performs all other duties as directed by management.RequirementsThe position is event based. However, candidate needs to be open to working all Colts games pre, regular, and post season along with other various events and the Super Bowl.The position will require working other events and involve working days, nights, evenings, and weekends.1-3yrs of Supervisory or organizational skills in the food industry, would be ideal.Knowledge of local and state health codees is a plus.Expertise to physically walk approx one-4th of a mile and the circumference of the unit several times a day and able to lift up andor move up to 50lbs.Employee must have expertise to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionsEmployee must be able to operate in an environment with moderate noise Other lifting or physical demands as added from time to time, or as required to perform the key functions of this job.Work EnvironmentThe work atmosphere consist of the communicating with the regular staff as well as temp services and Non-Profit Organizations during all events at the Convention Center Lucas Oil Stadium.
