We are looking for QUALIFIED and self-motivated SALES PROS that have experience in Outside or In-Home Sales to join our company. We are a large, above ground pool installer/supplier that has been in business since 1982 and operates in 55 markets nationwide.This is a commission only, FT, seasonal position that ends on August 15th, 2015, so plenty of time to make great money. If you consistently close deals you?ll be invited back next year (February of 2016) and can expect a nice bonus for signing on for a second year. We work hard and we pay well.We provide pre-qualified leads to all of our Sales Reps, so you do not have to worry about cold calling, telemarketing, door-to-door, or warm market selling.The average sales agent closes 5-6 deals per week. The average commission is $600-$700 per item sold. So, if you're an average closer you'll be bringing home $2,500-$3,500/week plus bonuses for EVERY sale. We will also give you a $25 gas allowance for each of your first 10 qualified appointments.You MUST have a proven track record with selling BIG TICKET items like siding, roofing, windows, cars, boats, grills, insurance, vacuums or cutlery door to door, pools, motorcycles, etc. to be considered for this position. We are not looking for beginners or retail sales at this time.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (Please Read Carefully!)- Run 2-4 appointments per day 6 days per week (you can work every day if you'd like!)- Cover your entire market, which typically means a 2-hour driving radius for your appointments.- Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, S.S. card, Smart phone- Attend and graduate a 2 1/2 day training class held in your region.
